For thousands of years the Holy Land has been a battlefield. From the time of Abraham (Ibrahim) the offspring of Ishmael (the elder) and Izaak (the younger) fight. After the holocaust of World War II the World has given the sovereign powers of the Holy Land to the Jews. Today Jewish and Palestine powers claim separated, independent, sovereign countries with their own governmental system. The struggle continues.

We propose a Federation for the Holy Land, in which both powers; Jewish and Palestine, within the Holy Land will be independent and sovereign. The sum of powers in the federation however will be more than separate nations; the sovereign nations become the one Federation of the Holy Land.

Ideas from wise man from the past brought the global civilization from today. Inspired by the Highest, wise man like Moses, Confucius, Buddha, Jesus, Mohammed and many others like F.D. Roosevelt and Mahatma Gandhi gave us ideas to create the civilization of mankind. The world civilisation today suffers from the struggle between the Jews and the Palestine’s within the Holy Land. This Constitution for the Federation of the Holy Land will give a step forwards towards a civilised Holy Land and a civilised world.

The history of the governmental development of Europe learns that a civilisa-tion of a country is build through a contract between groups of people within a country. The contract for a government gives the democratic power to the people. This governmental contract brings Peace. This Constitution may be the contract between the people in and out of the Holy Land. Created to bring peace, prosperity and happiness.

The Federation for the Holy Land aims for equality of each member Nation. The federation of the Holy Land will stimulate Fundamentals like Equality, Freedom, Security, Stability, Justice, Democracy and Welfare. This Constitution gives a blueprint for a Federation of the Holy Land, in which all People and the member Nations stand for its Fundamentals.

Jerusalem, The Holy City.

For many thousands of years, Jerusalem has been the Holy City for Jews, Christians and Muslims. To confirm the Federation of the Holy Land, Jerusalem needs to be a free federal city, which has an authority of its own. There need to be no competition of authorities within this city.

Everyone is equal in worshipping I Am Who I Am.

Today, the authority for creating, executing and speaking Law is with the governments of the sovereign nations of the world. Eminent and wise religious leaders give governments their public advice for ruling. Government are legislated by the people through their public system.

Governments do not have the authority to address people how and where to communicate with I Am Who I Am or how to worship I Am Who I Am. Religious Books and religious leaders guide the people towards the personal communication with I Am Who I Am and towards the personal worshipping of I Am Who I Am.

Jerusalem, the Holy City with a history of thousands of years of I Am Who I Am seeking people, must be free of the public authority of just one group of people. Within the Federation of the Holy Land, Jerusalem will be the capital of the Federation of the Holy Land, the capital of Israel for the Jews and the capital of Palestine for the Muslims. Therefore Jerusalem needs its own authority.

The Palestine Nation.

The Federation for the Holy Land needs equal sovereign partners. Sovereignty has to do with property. At this point the borders of Israel and the Palestine territories and properties are well known. Therefore it will be possible to constitute the Palestine State as one of the sovereign partners in the Federation of the Holy Land.
