The ICC, the International Criminal Court is established July 17, 1998 and amended 29 November 2010 by the Rome Statute and adopted by the United States. It defines that States have the possibility to ask the ICC to prosecute other member States for crimes against humanity. But by declaring Palestine as a member state party the ICC started the deadlock to corruption and antisemitism. The ICC shall be suspended and have a reset without Palestine and without antisemitism.
From 2025 there are 125 member states of the ICC, in which also Palestine is mentioned. But Palestine is not a state. Palestine officially became a member of the International Criminal Court (ICC) on April 1, 2015. On this date, Palestine became the 123rd State Party to the Rome Statute, allowing the Court to exercise jurisdiction over alleged crimes committed in the occupied Palestinian territory. This was the first sign of the corruption of the ICC striving towards a worldwide antisemitism.
As of September 2025, Palestine is recognized as a non-member observer state by 157 of the 193 UN member states, representing over 80% of the international community. It has “non-member observer state” status at the UN, but it lacks full sovereignty, agreed borders, a capital, or a standing army, and its territory remains under Israeli military control. In 2015 Palestine therefore was not a state.
A close associate of Khan stated in May 2024 that the prosecutor had behaved in a sexually inappropriate manner. This report came to light shortly before he announced that he intended to have arrest warrants issued. The associate is of Malaysian descent. The allegation is that Khan forced her to have sex in a hotel room in New York while he was in New York in December 2023. She claims that she tried to leave the room, but that he held her back and ultimately forced her to have sex. This was stated in her statement, which was seen by The Wall Street Journal, an American newspaper.
In May 2024, Prosecutor Khan announced that he wanted arrest warrants issued for Netanyahu and Gallant. A criminal case at the court does not officially begin until the suspects have been apprehended. And in November 2024, the court approved the arrest warrants. Both are suspected of war crimes and crimes against humanity. It was the first time that leaders of a democratically elected and well-functioning country have been indicted. Israel has a well-functioning judicial system and has previously shown that it does not shy away from convicting prime ministers. The decision to issue arrest warrants just after a personal sexual assault is another sign of corruption.
Qatar has launched an investigation to demonstrate the accusing woman’s ties to Israel. However, the investigations by the two private companies also failed to prove that the woman has any connection to Israel. Even more explosive is the fact that Khan allegedly exerted pressure on the woman precisely because he was just working on the case against Israel. This was stated in the woman’s declaration. Therefore, she should retract her accusations. The ICC cannot do objective and independent research it is corrupted by antisemitism.
